Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the 77ja platform available at 77ja.io ("the Platform"), you ("the User", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published by 77ja from time to time. These documents together constitute the entire agreement between you and 77ja in respect of your use of the Platform.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform. Continued use following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 77ja reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any provision of these Terms at its sole discretion, with changes taking effect upon publication on the Platform.

These Terms are written in English and are binding in that language. Any translation provided is for reference purposes only; in the event of a conflict, the English version prevails.

Eligibility and Age Restriction

The 77ja Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 77ja enforces mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) age verification procedures for all accounts before any withdrawal request is processed. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds may be withheld pending investigation.

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions to use the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a 77ja employee or partner.
• You have not previously been excluded or self-excluded from the Platform or had an account closed for misconduct.
• You are not suffering from a gambling disorder that would make participation on the Platform harmful to you.

Account Registration

To access the full range of services on 77ja, you must register a personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on the Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances across all associated accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. 77ja is not responsible for any loss arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 77ja immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 77ja will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to safeguard your credentials or notify the Platform in a timely manner.

• One account per person — duplicate accounts will be closed without notice.
• Registration details must match your official government-issued identification.
• Account sharing with any third party is strictly prohibited.
• You must keep your contact email and phone number current and accessible.
• 77ja may require periodic re-verification of your identity at its discretion.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 77ja are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to availability at the time of transaction. Supported payment methods are subject to change; please refer to the cashier section of your account for the current list.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing windows are displayed in the cashier section of your account. 77ja does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose their own charges, for which 77ja bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified in your name. 77ja reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. All withdrawal requests are subject to review, and 77ja reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where it suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

• Funds deposited must be used for gameplay and may not be deposited and immediately withdrawn without wagering activity.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the account holder's name are not permitted.
• 77ja complies with anti-money laundering obligations and may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted — see Section 5.

Bonuses and Promotions

77ja offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible account holders from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

Unless stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all offers on 77ja:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (as stated in each offer) before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified account holders aged 21 and above. One bonus claim per person, per household, per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Time Limits: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagered within the stated validity period will expire automatically without notice.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may have different contribution rates as specified in individual promotion terms.
• Abuse: 77ja reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines that bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms has occurred.
• Modification: 77ja reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 77ja Platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios including, but not limited to, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game operates according to the rules published by its respective provider. 77ja does not control or modify game logic, random number generation, or outcome determination. All certified RNG (Random Number Generation) systems used by our provider partners are subject to independent testing and certification.

In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on the Platform's server, the server record shall be the authoritative and definitive record. Network interruptions, device failures, or browser issues on the player's side do not invalidate completed game rounds.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems and cannot be influenced by 77ja or the player.
• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player after the game round has commenced.
• Any technical malfunction that results in a game being unable to complete normally will result in the bet being voided and the staked amount returned to the player's balance.
• Collusion between players in live casino games or exploitation of software vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited.
• 77ja reserves the right to void any bet placed in error or as a result of a technical error on the Platform.

Prohibited Activities

Users of the 77ja Platform are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Violation of any prohibition below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, cloned, or otherwise fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund your account.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder funds derived from illegal activities or to disguise the origin of funds.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by a minor.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform, either personally or through third parties acting on your behalf.
• Arbitrage and Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting odds discrepancies or promotional terms in a manner that constitutes abuse rather than genuine play.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human gameplay.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback with your payment provider for deposits made to your 77ja account.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game mode on the Platform.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with 77ja.

Account Suspension and Closure

77ja reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is suspected.
• The account holder has provided false, inaccurate, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.
• A self-exclusion request has been received from the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or legal obligation requires the account to be closed or frozen.
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period exceeding 12 months, subject to any applicable dormancy policy.

Upon account closure, any withdrawable funds remaining in your account balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC or verification requirements. 77ja will endeavour to complete this process within a reasonable timeframe following account closure.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 77ja Platform, including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, and game interfaces, is the intellectual property of 77ja or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 77ja. Any unauthorised use of Platform content may result in account termination and legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77ja, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gameplay outcomes, including losses from sports betting, live casino, or slot games.
• Temporary or permanent unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or banking institutions.
• Any reliance placed on information, odds, or content displayed on the Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. 77ja does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

77ja collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. 77ja reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, and any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts.
